After nearly a decade as a litigation attorney, she found herself fighting for her life — not burned out in the way people casually use the word, but severely ill, with her body giving out. From the outside, she looked like someone who had it together. On the inside, she was quietly suffering. She saw specialists, optimized every area of her life, and tried every evidence-based technique she could find. Nothing worked — until she started examining the root cause: her belief system, self-worth, and identity. She began studying neuroscience and applying the principles of neuroplasticity to rewire her brain and nervous system. She healed — and found a level of joy and fulfillment she didn't think was possible. That experience is the foundation of everything she teaches.
