Join us for this interactive lunch-hour workshop, moderated by our own Malaika Tyson, that will give you 3 real perspectives on mindfulness.
Back by popular demand, Jonathan Mraunac, who presented a great introduction-to-mindfulness program to our membership last year, will share his definition of mindfulness and a working approach to achieving it; Mandi Wolfman, another longtime mindfulness practitioner, will share her own take on how all of us can develop mindfulness practices that allow us to accept ourselves wherever we are on any given day; and Dana Cruz, a dedicated mindfulness teacher and practitioner, will share how the little changes you make can result in a big impact and how mindfulness can fit into the life you are living right now.
We will start and end this workshop with guided meditation/mindfulness exercises. (Click on panelists' names to read their respective bio.)
