Lauren Rownd is the Founder of Social Lawyers CX. Lauren began her legal career working in policy and government relations in Washington, D.C. After law school, Lauren worked on Capitol Hill where she advised members of Congress on a variety of tech and telecommunications related policy issues. Lauren then began working with law firms as a freelance writer in her spare time. She quickly realized how few legal professionals were using social media effectively.
