This program is ideal not only for litigators, but anyone faced with conflicts and disputes. Sylvia draws genuine discussion by using children’s books to explore professional development. This presentation provides key commentary on learning how to deal with intimidators, differentiate between need and want in the professional setting, and value flexible thinking.
