We are honored to collaborate with Nina McLemore and are looking forward to an event in her
boutique. Nina McLemore is a clothing designer whose mission is to provide “clothes for women,
so that when they walk in the room, everyone knows they belong at the table”.
Nina will present on “Unconscious Bias and Executive Presence” and in doing so, Nina will discuss
and demonstrate the impact of visual impression to the judgement of a person's
qualifications, and how that relates to equity for women in the workforce. Nina’s clients
represent successful women including Supreme Court Judges, Federal Judges, Senators,
attorneys, and C-Suite executives.
About Nina McLemore: Nina has an MBA from Columbia, and she is a member of many leading
women's business organizations, including The Committee of 200, Women Corporate Directors,
Women Presidents Organization, Paradigm for Parity, and the International Women's Forum. She
has also been featured in many media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, the Washington
Post and NBC. She previously founded Liz Claiborne Accessories and a Private Equity Firm. The
company also shows the collection at businesswomen’s conferences including the Association of
