The National Programming Committee of the Coalition of the Women's Initiatives in Law is proud to have these two constitutional heavyweights analyze and explain select decisions from the 2023 SCOTUS Term and offer their thoughts on the 2024 Term. Professors Pamela Karlan and Vikram Amar will speak on FDA v. Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine, Loper Bright Enter. v. Raimondo, Trump v. United States, Trump v. Anderson, Idaho v.
