Coalition Statement on recent events in Israel and Gaza

As the National Board of The Coalition of the Women’s Initiatives in Law, our core mission is to support and uplift women in the legal field. 

The Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law condemns all acts of terrorism, and we mourn the loss of life and injury to innocent civilians everywhere. We further abhor sexual violence and torture specifically directed at women, children and civilians, not only as a violation of international law but an affront to humanity. We know that many of our members, their loved ones and friends, have been impacted by the events of this past week. Please know that we stand with you.
